This condo is amazing. My family stay here the week of 9/22/17 thru 9/29 and we loved it the washer dryer, 2 bath, comfortable living area balcony and pool were amazing. Recommend anyone to stay here. Rent direct if you can.

We've stayed at this unit previously and have really had a great time. The location is great, it's close to shopping, dining, and everything you would be looking for. The sunsets from the balcony are amazon and the beach are steps away. The condo is well stocked and having a washer and dryer is a plus. The only drawback is the the unit could use a good cleaning. We had a wonderful stay at 102 Shadowbrook Snowmass. We played golf on beautiful nearby courses, hiked on wildflower lined trails, biked, swam, and enjoyed great restaurants in walking distance. If you want to stay in there is even a peloton. The unit was perfect and so convenient for all activities. This is our annual summer destination with cousins, and we highly recommend unit 102.

I loved staying here - great guesthouse with fully-stocked kitchen, comfortable couch, loft bedroom, and the most important - spectacular views! The place is conveniently close to Denver, but feels very remote. It is also a short drive to Evergreen. I would greatly recommend to stay here!

This property was perfect for our family group. Our grand nephew wasn't feeling well so one couple unable to go but we just spread out and had more than enough room. Nicely decorated, liked the coffee area in particular. A sink was clogged but property mgt promptly fixed. Good location to downtown, very walkable and trendy section of East Nashville. Happy with our choice!
