THIS IS OUR 4TH TIME IN 4YEARS. SPENT TIME IN TAMPA,JOHNS PASS,AND JUST RELAXING ON THE BEACH. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT OUR STAY.SEEMED AS THOUGH EVERY THING WAS WITHIN WALKING,OR SHORT DRIVE.POOL WAS WELL USED AND THE CONDO HAD EVERY THING NEEDED TO EAT IN. WE ARE ALREADY PLANNING OUR 5TH TRIP!

I love having a beachfront condo where I can see the sunset and other activities on the water. Any issues in the condo were readily resolved. It was easy to reach the owner/rental agency. I enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants.

Great location and good set-up. Very much like the spiral staircase to the pool area. Furniture comfortable if dated and somewhat worn. Some problems with bugs in the kitchen and mice droppings. Wall paper torn in second bedroom. Good price for monthly rental, and would gladly do it again next year.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The place was updated and decorated very nicely. The furnishings were high end and the kitchen was large and modern. Very clean and they had plenty of towels both beach and bath. This is the nicest condo in PVCC we have stayed at and we’ve stayed many times. We will be back!

Terrific location about 10min out of town. Beautiful views. Quiet, clean and well decorated with lots of personalized lake touches. Comfortable mattresses. Very well stocked kitchen with everything we need. Up here with our family, kids ranging 4-11. Loving the lake. Great communication with hosts. Highly recommended. We would love to return.
