Seamless booking and detailed instructions on everything we needed to know for our stay. Great location…near parks and easy access to grocery store. Would have liked more cooking essentials (I.e., pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.) and can be a tad noisy with traffic nearby, but otherwise, would recommend.

The condo was decorated so very nicely. We had everything we needed to cook both breakfast and lunch. We had plenty of towels and washcloths. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only complaint I have is there was a bit of a smell in the bathroom. Im not sure of the origin of the odor. It was a musty/urine type smell. Other than that, everything was great.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. Perfect for our family of eight. Pool right across the street, grocery stores within walking distance and friendly neighbors. The canal is right there if you kayak. Our granddaughter did a little kayaking. We did lots of shopping in Bethany Beach but most of our beaching was in the state parks.

When I booked this location I did so because of the great rate for 3 separate bedrooms. Wow! We were so happy with our location. The kitchen, and bathrooms were excellent. Close walk to town and where our friends were staying added to it. The ease of the process made it ever better. Hands down one of the best locations I have stayed.

The condo was beautiful with georgeous views of the lake. It is on the third floor which is terrific for the views. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was not good. All 8 people used the same shower in the master bedroom since it has better water pressure.
