Santos by the Beach #1335 is the upstairs apartment of a canal fronted home (the owner lives in the downstairs apartment) right in the middle of all the hotspots and activity Fort Myers Beach is loved for. Miles of beaches, restaurants, bars, water activities, shopping - and all within walking distance of the property. The beach isn't just a place to stay, its an experience! At Santos by the Beach, you and your family or group can experience some of the best that our island paradise has to offer!
Please note: 50% of the guests must be 55 years or older to rent this property; the exception being all guests over the age of 45

This property sits on a side street that runs parallel to Estero Blvd. Within a 5 minute walk you'll find the public beach access point. When you aren't at the beach, you are close to local bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and boat/water sport and bicycle rentals. Possibly one of the hottest spots on the beach - you're just a few minutes to the popular Times Square and the iconic Pier, which is the heart of Fort Myers Beach. On your way, you'll pass the construction site of Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville Resort, scheduled to be open sometime in 2023.
You can take the Island's Beach Trolley street side to wherever you wish to explore on the island, including family amusements, movie cinema, day or sunset cruises, fishing charters and casino ships, numerous restaurants, happy hours and entertainment venues. Don't forget the day ferry excursions to Key West, and a trip to the Everglades!
Drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples; north off the island you'll find the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you'll also want to visit the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twins, the Boston Red Sox, and lots of golf!
