The condo we rented in Avon Colorado was wonderful. We were their for our daughters wedding in Vail. The location was perfect and easy to navigate. The condo its self was considered home for 6 days and it felt like home. It was well supplied, clean. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and had a great view. We would recommend this rental to anyone who is traveling to that area. We would definitely stay there again. We were very pleased with iTrip also. This was my first time to rent a vacation home instead of an hotel. We will be using your company service again for our next vacation. Thank you.

We had a great stay. The kitchen was fully appointed which made for easy meal preparation. Hot tub was wonderful after a full day of hitting the slopes. The beds were great and we had enough room for everyone. We had enough hot water for everyone. The trip to Vail was an easy drive.

We are here in Eagle Vail with our two young adult children. Our son and daughter are skiing and loving how close both Vail and Beaver Creek are. Due to skiing injuries the hubby and I are enjoying more sedate activities such as finding the walking trails and snowshoeing/ wine tasting at Beaver Creek later this week. The condo is awesome...we have been cooking each night and we have everything we need. We love the hot tub right out in the back yard. The theee good sized bedrooms are perfect for us. Love the master..tons of closet space. Bonus is having the washer and dryer right here so we packed light knowing we could do laundry ! Love it here!

The unit was very nice and worked well for our group. The kitchen was well equipped. The only complaint is that the side walk leading to the door was very slippery. The potential for someone to slip and be injured was significant.

We spent Christmas in the Duplex in Avon. It was an absolutely fabulous week of skiing and having fun with our family. We used to do it every year until our children grew up and moved on, so we decided to resurrect the family Christmas vacation, and we are so glad we did. We plan to all meet every year at Beaver Creek and watch our grand children grow up. Our duplex was comfortable. It is in a great location and is easily accessible. Our management company was FABULOUS-they were there to help with each of our problems. Christmas night the sink stopped up and we could not do any dishes, so the plan was a mess. But, the management company sent a plumber the next morning and it was fixed. i was not there, but I heard later the plumbing needed more attention. On another note, the beautiful coffee maker overflowed twice all over the floor. Not knowing what else to do, and in desperate need of coffee, I bought one at City Market. The management company later explained they would have brought us one. But no worries-glad to have coffee. The dishwasher stopped working the next day, and the plumber revived it. It is pretty old. The only other issue is the seating in the living room. There is a sectional couch, but it is too small to hold more than three adults. There is an extra chair in the room, and a fabulous dining table with 8 chairs, but it would have been so much better to have a larger couch. My assessment: The house is nice, the management company is fabulous. If I were the owner, I would buy a larger couch and rearrange the furniture. I would also spend a few dollars on a new dishwasher. A simple fix to a possible disaster. In my opinion, the owner does not care enough to address the little issues that make a vacation great. If he would do it, he would keep the place full year round. I would fix the plumbing, install a new dishwasher and replace the couch. I know it's not easy owning a rental property, as I own some myself, but keeping happy lodgers with great reviews, is the key to success.

We had extended family in two houses on Deer Blvd. in Avon. It was perfect for us. We were well set up with everything (except a small ax to make kindling) and thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, the views, and the proximity to everything. So glad we got this place. Perfect for our needs. Hope to go back in other seasons as well.

Overall we liked the condo, great space and good location b/c I have family in Eagle-Vail. It's convenient to get to Vail or Beaver Creek to ski. The place could use some TLC, fresh coat of paint, new linens and it was FREEZING when we arrived, temp at 50. Also, the clothes washer does not drain properly it needs a quick repair. Love the wood burning fireplace and deck.

A few friends and I had took to Beaver Creek for our annual snowboard trip and could not have found a better property to stay for the week. (we're 20 somethings from Austin btw, I always find that helps when reading reviews from people) The location is perfect, half mile from Walmart, 5 minutes from the slopes, and a stone's throw from one of the best sledding hills I've ever seen. We left 3 sleds in the downstairs closet, hopefully they keep them. If so take 'em up the road about 5 minutes, I've marked the spot here: https://goo.gl/maps/p57Jso8nTXD2 Park and walk up the trail a bit and have a blast, we sure did! The layout is perfect. Two nice size rooms downstairs in the entry way, one amazing master bedroom upstairs with a vaulted ceiling and bathroom. The living room is always warm and inviting, we lit fires in the fireplace every night while we cooked and played cards at the very accommodating dining room table they have. I was also pleasantly surprised to find they have a great collection of cooking utensils. I was a second away from shipping a huge pot big enough to make chili for everyone when lo and behold they had one already. Not something I thought a normal vacation rental would have. The amenities were phenomenal. Gas grill, coffee maker (w/ coffee = huge plus), washer/dryer and the number one amenity we absolutely had to have, a hot tub. Every single day, whether we were on the mountain or not that day, we were in that hot tub. Relaxing and private. No 100 other hotel guests to share with, no hotel staff kicking us out at a certain time. So long as you're respectful of the neighbors there's not a care in the world. We're seriously considering making this our annual spot from now on but at the very least I will definitely be using this service again. Thanks for the memories!

We stayed at this property in August and enjoyed the Vail Valley for a long weekend. The unit was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils etc. but be forewarned that there is nothing more than a bit of salt there for those who like to cook. You will need to provide all of your own other spices oil etc. also for those who are there in the summer and enjoy having the windows open the master bedroom windows are only a few hundred feet from a rather busy road so there's a lot of road noise at night. This would not be a problem in the winter time. There are a few minor inconveniences such slow draining sinks and shower handles that are loose and windows that don't work quite properly but these are really minor and should not dissuade you from staying in this property. I would give this property 4 stars rating.
