This recently updated condominium has an authentic cabin feel with rustic, backcountry decor and furnishings. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this is the perfect rental home for up to 6 guests. In addition to the in-home amenities, the complex clubhouse offers guests a sauna, spa, and shared laundry facilities.
The property overlooks Lake Dillon and the Keystone ski slopes. It is centrally located to 7 ski resorts and is close to the Dillon Marina, amphitheater, picnic area, and bike trials. A short walk will take you to restaurants, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, baseball field and more. Explore exciting attractions such as the award-winning Ice Castles. For those looking to explore the outdoors, you are near the Tenderfoot Mountain Trailhead for hiking or Keystone Stables for horseback riding. Because if you want to ski over Memorial Day Weekend, you should be able to ski over Memorial Day Weekend.

Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.
