BEACH FRONT BEAUTY!! Experience the stunning view from the balcony at this newly remodeled 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom condo! Centrally located to shopping, dining and fun summer activities in the heart of Destin, Jade East #1440 has it all!! The master bedroom has a king size bed and the large master bath boasts a walk-in tiled shower. The master bedroom and living room boast floor to ceiling windows and access the best views in the are of the beach below. There is a queen size bed in the second bedroom with two full size beds in the third room. There is also a pull-out sleeper. Each bedroom has a TV and WIFI available. The kitchen is fully stocked with an open floor plan, granite counters and great for entertaining friends and family. Two parking spaces are provided for this unit. There is a spacious pool and a tennis court for your enjoyment.

This condo was in the perfect location. I was worried about a crowded beach due to it being a high rise but it was not at all. Decor of condo was nice. The only cons to this condo was when we arrived late Saturday, we all got sand on our feet in the condo which told me it wasn’t cleaned properly. Piles of sand were still on our balcony when we arrived. A few dishes needed to be rewashed. The room with the double beds are short, I’m 5’10 and my feet hung off the end. The air in the master bedroom did not properly cool the room. I feel like for the price we paid, these areas could use some improvement. On another note, Staff was very nice there and cabana boys were true gentlemen and helped us with all of our “stuff” to and from the beach.

Thank you for your review on Jade East 1440. I apologize for the sand you found. iTrip Vacation works hard to make sure all the units are perfect on arrival and will take note to triple check the floors. Glad to here the staff was great and we agree it is the perfect location with beautiful decor. The beach in front of the complex is perfect to social distance and relax . We will also check on the air in the master bedroom as that is the first time we have heard about that issue.

We had a great time during our stay at 1440 Jade East! Perfect beach access and the pool area and public spaces of the buildings were kept very neat and clean. Our coffee maker broke the first day and the rental agency was very accommodating and had it replaced by that afternoon! Only problems we had were the dryer taking a little longer than normal to complete a load and the white couch had a few stains and could use a good cleaning. Other than that, we loved our stay and will definitely book again at Jade East!

We recently stayed at Jade East and it was absolutely beautiful. The view was spectacular. We were able to watch the dolphins from the balcony almost every morning. The condo was clean and well stocked. We couldn’t have had better weather. This is the perfect place to stay and there were plenty of shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

It was a nice place with great views and great location. I left my curling iron and towel gloves under the sink and hope to have them returned to me. And there were not enough paper towels, trash bags and no dishwasher liquid

My wife and I just stayed in unit #1440 for the month of Feb/2019. The views of the gulf and beach from the unit are amazing. The unit was quite comfortable for us. We had a couple of small issues during our stay and after reporting them they were fixed immediately. Couple of things I would recommend. When we arrived the unit was not cleaned very well, especially the floors. We cleaned them ourselves. I would recommend a new cleaning company as the unit was not cleaned as it should have been. The unit could also stand to have both the washer and dryer replaced. I think too many people previously have put items in the washer that was sandy and thus the washer does not do a thorough job. Also, for even the smallest of loads the dryer takes at least 2 hours to completely dry your clothes. Aside from these items, we enjoyed are stay and hated to leave.

This condo will not disappoint! IT is gorgeous!! Our suggestions include more amenities such as a box of tissues and better quality TP; coffee filters, salt pepper and spices a small box laundry soap, more than one dish rag and maybe more durable plastic cups. All the glasses were just below crystal and very fragile. We did have an issue with one of the toilets being clogged upon check in..it took over 24 hours to get management to come out..Also the hallway light outside of one of the bedrooms was going out so it flashed all night. Was like a disco when trying to sleep. This issue didnt' get solved until 3 days in when I bumped into a building maintenance worker who fixed it within hours. Including beach chairs in price would be nice too. Emergency phone number in the book was wrong too. Book needs to be updated with correct information.

This condo is fabulous! The view is amazing. You walk out of your condo, get in the elevator and your on the beach! The location is right in the heart of everything Destin has to offer. We drove an average of 2 miles a day for dinner. We will definitely be back! Our only suggestion is to include a few more amenities to save yourself a wopper grocery bill such as a single box of tissues, a few more kitchen trash bags, foil and plastic wrap and a small container of laundry soap. Also, adding one or two more dish towels would have been nice. I brought a few and donated to the condo. I only suggest this because of all the other rentals we've stayed at, these items were included.
