We spent two nights at this property, very clean, well decorated, cozy furniture, extremely comfortable beds! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout - from booking to arriving and checkout - clear instructions and guidance. We will recommend this unit to our friends and family!

This is a beautiful condo. Located across the street from the beach with a crosswalk in front of the condo. The condo is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Within walking distance to Johns Pass, there are many dining and entertainment options.

This beautifully styled apartment has the best location in town. We loved being able to walk to everywhere. The managers were quick to respond to my questions and offered helpful advice. The apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I hope we can stay longer next time we return to Pagosa Springs.

Our Villa was in the best location to enjoy everything. Island Club is on the beach with pools and a great playground area, lots of grilling areas and great people. Our Villa was very clean and worked out very well. We had a few minor issues and they responded quickly. We would come again to Island Beach for sure!
