Welcome to The Cole Bungalow - your comfortable home away from home in Denver. Built in 1888, this home has retained much of its original charm and has all the modern amenities to make your stay a cozy and relaxing one.

Located right off of I-70 and I-25, the Cole neighborhood is a vibrant and thriving urban enclave. It is perfectly situated close to downtown at the edge of RiNo and steps from RTD’s A-line commuter rail and D-line light rail trains. This area has some of the best venues, restaurants, and coffee shops in Denver. Enjoy the Platt River where you can go for a leisurely walk or a morning jog. Mural Alley is a short walk away, where you can see the latest street art Denver has to offer. The Mission Ballroom is closeby and offers the latest musical acts. Zeplin Station boasts some of the City's best restaurants and shops and is located a short 15 minute walk from The Cole Bungalow.

There are a variety of architectural styles making up the majority single family homes in Cole including Victorians, Queen Annes, bungalows, and Denver Squares to name a few. Cole proudly maintains a residential vibe right in the heart of the Denver.

The Cole Bungalow has 2 bedrooms that can accomodate 4 people. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with super comfortable mattress and large closet. The second bedroom has a twin stack trundle bed, closet, and a large desk complete with a monitor that you may use to complete your work or plan your next event while traveling. The large kitchen has everything you will need to create your own menu.

Don’t want to be inside? Perfect! The private backyard offers an outdoor living space for drinking your morning coffee, having an at-home meal, or enjoying a glass of wine or local craft beer after a full day of exploring. We also have a propane BBQ grill for your use and a fire pit to roast some marshmallows.

There is free street parking for The Cole Bungalow. Starting in Mid February 2021, there will be on premise parking for one car.


Maximum occupancy: 4 - children must be counted in the max. occupancy unless they are under two (2) & are sleeping in a portable crib (not provided).

Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

No smoking in the home. / No pets. / No parties or events without prior written approval.

Check-out: 10:00 am


In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Travel Insurance is recommended, especially when traveling in the winter in CO.
