Good experience, nice property, one criticism. House is listed as having a two car garage, which was one of the reasons we chose it. But the owners left a car there. So that is not a two car garage. You should change the property description or tell them to remove the car.

Beautiful condo! Easy path to the beach. Kitchen very well stocked with dishes, etc. Having a working ice maker is always a plus. Wonderful full size washer and dryer. We would love to rent this unit again.

Alpine Escape is a beautiful, welcoming, comfortable home. It is located in a friendly neighborhood which is close to anything you might need. Several great restaurants and a big grocery store are within easy walking distance. As much fun as can be had in and around Pagosa Springs, we always were happy to return and relax in Alpine Escape.

Our unit was lovely. Spacious and with three bedrooms and baths allowed everyone their private space. The only issue and not unique to our building was the extra noisy trash collectors arriving 5:30 AM. The rattling of the metal bins and how it noise vibrated through air was disturbing at these early hours.

This place was just what was promised. In the past, I've shown up to places we've rented to find them dirty or not what the pictures look like. That was not the case here as this spot was very clean and the entire house has been updated. The backyard was great for the dog and the walk to the beach is super easy. Will definitely be back.
