We had a great time. The house was very clean and the house was updated. The host Mark was excellent at responding to any questions. The pool heat included in the rental was a real plus as well. We would recommend this house to anyone and we would recommend the property manager Mark to anyone and the ITRIP company. Thanks again! We will be back!!

Iam happy to give my expierence as a guest at Majestic Mermaid Cottage a 5 star rating from start to finish it was bright airy, It was very clean and Iam fussy, every aspect of it was just perfect,Carly the mgr was easy to reach and responded very quickly. Home looks exactly like the photos!! So beautiful and spacious! Hot tub was a great plus! Bottom floor had a lot of games and we loved the Scrabble upstairs! Very close to Beaver Creek and Vail Ski, where we went!

Our stay went great, it’s obvious the owners are working to build a getaway spot out in the woods. Not too far from Chattanooga or from the beautiful Cloud Canyon State Park. The room was open and cozy with just about everything we needed for our stay. Our favorite bonus perk was the hammock under the deck, it was incredibly relaxing to just sway back and forth and enjoy the woods.

We stayed at M118 at Harbor Island. The place was perfect! The view was wonderful. It was well stocked. The tv and wi fi was great! The only complaint is the most uncomfortable couch I ever sat on, and the twin beds weren’t comfortable either. But I would highly recommend this place for the location with local restaurants right around the corner.
