Check out this professionally decorated 4 bedroom 3 bath pool home. The rooms are large and open, the ideal floor plan and kitchen area for one or more families. The private pool with covered lanai is waiting for everyone to come outside and enjoy the great Orlando weather. This awesome house also has convenient access to a bath room just off the patio.

This great home has a fully stocked kitchen. The dining area is near the kitchen and seats 8 and a breakfast bar for the kids that seats two more. Additionally there is an eat in kitchen with 4 chairs and table. The family room is open to the kitchen and dining areas and has a 50 inch TV and there is another 50 inch TV in the den which also has a sofa sleeper which will sleep up to two people.

There are two king sized beds, one is a master suite with garden tub and shower and access directly to the pool area. Both kings have 38 inch TVs. Additionally, there is another queen master with private bath and 30 inch TV. There is a unique combination of a full and twin room with shared bath and a 30 inch TV so this room can sleep up to 3 people.

First of all I would like to Thank Kari so much, as we got stuck through Homeaway with a rental from Hell. Kari helped us to get into one of Premiers rentals, and again Kari, Thank you so much. House was as described. Pool patio area was a bit small and there were no pool toys (some surrounding houses seem to have more stuff available to them). Booked this property as it was one of the only that had the option to rent a Grill. Booked the grill and paid extra but it wasn't there when I arrived. Called several times using the provided contact numbers over multiple days and spoke to what seemed to be a property manager. Received excuses as to why it wasn't delivered and that they were working on it. Gave up after day 5 and asked for my money back via email. Response was that this was the first time they heard of the issue but they would refund the money. Asked for additional compensation since they messed up my vacation and they just ignored my request. Pretty poor and frustrating service. You shouldn't have to chase people on your vacation. Resort is nice but I'd rent from another party next time. Main pool area is nice, but it can sometimes get crazy at the waterslide. No staff watching to control the guests and enforce waterslide rules. People were going down the slide in rafts. Slide hours are different than pool hours, which is strange since they don't staff it. Gym is small but equipment is in good shape. Pretty empty early morning but gets busier after 8am. House needs some TLC. Games in the garage are worn out and it's way too hot in there to use it in July. Issues with Internet so called the cable company directly to troubleshoot. Managed to resolve issue. Kitchen has everything you need, but nothing fancy. Neighbors behind and beside are fairly close. Backyard neighbor had parties late into the night. Switched the outside lights on around 1am and they settled down a bit. Beds are comfortable and bedding is good. I would have been more positive but the Grill rental was a main reason that I choose this property and they couldn't deliver. Based on the poor service I'm lucky something bigger didn't need attention.

We would like to thank the guest for letting us host their stay. As mentioned by the guests, the grill rental is an optional item for various homes. For this home, grill rental is available and if ordered, it should be there upon arrival. The rentals are ordered from and provided by a third party vendor, they are responsible for delivery and pick up. Upon first notice of the grill wasn't there, follow up with the 3rd party vendor was done. They assured us it would be delivered the next day. This was also told to us a second time, which we in turn, in good faith told the guests. It was a few days later that the guests said to cancel the grill rental as it still hadn't come. We were unaware it had not been delivered. It was no issue returning the payment for the grill, if it wasn't provided, the money should be refunded. Additional compensation for not receiving a grill would not be warranted as the money paid for the grill was refunded. Pool toys are not provided by any management company. These are usually purchased by a guest during their stay if desired. Not all of the homes in the Solterra community are rentals so some residential homes may have toys in their pools. The community pool and amenities are ruled by the HOA and their staffing. The private management companies have no say in the activities or disciplining of guests at those facilities. We would have been happy to report anything out of the ordinary to the HOA representative if it had been reported to us prior to this posting. We appreciate the guests feedback from their stay. All comments and reports are reviewed and discussed within the team. We would be happy to offer this guest a return stay to our homes at a 10% discount for any inconvenience they have encountered. We loved our the solterra resort and gladly give the resort 5 stars. The property we stayed at we give 3 stars. Here are a few things we noted which werent perfect. For future renters note that the picture of the pool is old and there are neighbors all around the property which was not how the pictures portray the property. Other things we noticed were multiple areas of the house that had scratches or scuffs on the walls or baseboards. The ice maker worked to make ice but would not dispense ice into the glass. Therefore one needed to reach in and retrieve ice. Not a big deal but thats a lot of hands going into the ice bin. One other note my wife and i had was the lack of the little things. There were no dish towels, dish rack, dishwashing brush, hot pads, grill, no plastic cups (even though the they state to use plastic by the pool). We were able to tour some vacant rentals in the area which provided all these amentities so other properties think of the little things. It was a great trip, and we will return to solterra in the future. However for the same price we will likely stay at a different property.

We had a good experience overall. The home was as shown on the web and there were no surprises. The check in instruction we a little confusing. We could not locate the security system panel within thirty seconds, but nothing happened. We don't knw if it was on or not. There was no gas BBQ grill as promises and the pool heat was not turned on as agreed. However Denise took care of this for us and all was well. We would recommend this property.
