This beautiful home with unobstructed views of the Severn River features outdoor water view decks on every floor, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to 9 adults and a baby in a crib. The spacious Master Bedroom Suite has views of the Severn River, an attached porch, and a luxury bath with both stand-up shower and a large soaking tub. Head outside to enjoy the hot tub, gather around the custom stone patio on your way down to the private pier and beach. Included in your stay is use of the owner's kayaks, canoes, stand-up paddle boards and crab traps. The decks and patios has plenty of seating, a dining table, fire pits and a gas grill.

The inside of the home was completed less than 5 years ago and has every bell and whistle for a large family traveling together. From the open floor plan of the beautiful gourmet kitchen with breakfast nook, large family room with flatscreen TV and fireplace to the living/dining room complete with a Baby Grand piano!

The lower level is ideal for the younger travelers in the family. The en-suite guest room has 4 Twin beds (1 Bunk and Twin with trundle) connected to a full bath with double vanities, a large family room with another flat screen TV and a game room. The home is wonderful for families and friends coming in for Naval Academy events or boat shows.

**COVID - 19 Extra Special Precautions: Our guests' and staff's health is our top priority. Our cleaners are taking every precaution when cleaning this home and making sure they meet CDC standards. We are going above and beyond to ensure all surfaces and touch points are being cleaned thoroughly and disinfected (including all light switches, faucets, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.).

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home and the owners live in the home when not renting it. Please respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.
