After a day at the parks, you will definitely enjoy the peace and quiet of the screened and covered Lanai which also includes a splash pool that can be heated during the cold months (recommend pool heat from September through May $30/nt). Our apologies of having issues with the door codes. The door locks are electronic appliances which may be temperamental at times. We know that the call of need was addressed right away and access was gained in a timely manner. This home is new with a modern and upgraded furniture package. Reviews have always been 5 stars for the home's accommodations and cleanliness. Community trash pick up takes place two days per week. If a check in falls between those dates, tenants can be assured that the trash will be addressed in a timely and on a continual basis. Should we receive any reports of non working items in our homes, we have a 24/7 maintenance staff to address those issues. We cannot repair those items, such as the TVs mentioned if we are not informed of the necessary repairs. We appreciate the guests taking the time to get the TVs working, this very well may have been simply a coaxial cable issue or a remote issue. Upon receiving the notification of this guest's encounter with the loud neighbors, the guests were directed to call the local 911 operator to summon the area authorities. Additionally, the HOA was informed as the 'partying' house was not a home under our management therefore we could not evict the offending guests. The guests opted to NOT call 911 in this situation. This community is a well loved vacation community, many guests return year after year. For those guests that require or desire a quieter, less traffic laden community, we are happy to offer those types of accommodations. We would love to have this guest back in any number of our other lovely communities. Thank you.
