As a solo traveler, this place was great. It’s in the perfect location - you can walk to pretty much everything. It’s safe. It’s clean. It’s spacious so you have plenty of space to feel at home. I would absolutely rent it again.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect for walking to upper King, and a short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown. The house was clean, beautiful and well appointed. The bed was really comfortable. We enjoyed having a nice area downstairs to relax and watch TV. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. The property exceeded my expectations. The hosts thought of many little details that made the visit feel special. Although not in the heart of the city, it was a short walk to local restaurants and attractions.

The house was perfect and exceeded expectations. It was spotless and had every amenity we needed (including coffee!). There was a lot of useful info and tips that were useful and the house (and bed) were comfortable. The location was very convenient and walkable and there were some great bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. We loved our stay in Charleston and the accommodations were great.

We stayed here while my husband ran the Cooper River Bridge Run and it was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do during the weekend. The area the house is located in is a transitional area, but it’s only a block from King street which made it so easy to get to some of the very best spots in Charleston! From the outside, the house is nothing fancy, but when you step inside you can see all the thought and details that have put into making this space the perfect getaway! The home was so clean and well kept and had everything we could ever need and more! I always appreciate a place that provides the luxuries of home when you are away- it had more than enough towels for both my husband and I, a hair dryer, extra shampoo/conditioner in the shower, and even a straightener! While we didn’t end up doing any cooking in house, the kitchen was perfectly stocked with anything we could ever need. The entire weekend we were able to walk to wherever we were going up and down on King Street (one night was dinner at Stella’s and the next Melfi’s) by taking a short 10 minute walk. This was great as we were able to get out and explore the city and see all the different spots along King Street. Parking around Charleston can be tricky and it was so nice to have a designated spot and be able to walk wherever we wanted to go. I would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to visit again!
