We had a great time on our vacation. Condo was perfect. Within walking distance of a lot of restaurants,bars and stores. Love this location. Management company was very helpful and prompt to respond with any questions. Talked to the owner a couple of times and he was very helpful also. Thanks so much for making our trip great!

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 14 days. It was our second trip to Sunset Vistas, but first with this rental. The unit was clean and well kept. The check in information was thorough and timely. I was also impressed that we were contacted by text upon arrival asking if we had any concerns or questions. Our questions were answered promptly. Plan to visit again!

We had an awesome time at 103 beach cottage for our annual Mother's Day getaway. 3 minute walk to the beach and everything you need in the cottage. We had a couple of minor repair issues which were taken care of within hours. I would highly recommend this to anybody and we will be back

Our first vacation with itrip, found through VRBO. Painless process, easy checkin, and a great unit in the best resort in North Myrtle Beach. The unit was clean, and comfortable with a great view. We would repeat a trip here anytime.

Great location between Lionshead Village & Vail Village. Easy accessibility by foot or by public bus to our family wedding events. Great place for our family to spread out, sleep well & wake up to Mountain Views. Pool was awesome; had it mostly to ourselves. Thanks so much!
