"The Sleepover in Centennial " is a comfortable home located in one of the most desirable areas of Denver. You'll feel tucked away in this safe, family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to shops, parks and trails and I25. But, you may decide not to leave Centennial since it has a vibrant shopping scene, great restaurants, and a choice of the best parks and trails in the Denver metro area.
The main floor offers an open concept, kitchen perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked making meal prep easy. After meals, spill into the living room to read a book, play a game, or go downstairs to the entertainment area to watch a movie or sporting event on the TV. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main floor. The basement is finished and offers additional space for relaxing and spreading out with a large guest bedroom, a small bedroom, a full bath room, as well as, a small additional kitchen that can be used for entertaining.. There is a beautiful full bathroom in the basement as well. This home's floor plan is perfect for families or a small group of friends / colleagues.
Don’t want to be inside? Perfect! The private, backyard with privacy fence and covered patio offers an outdoor living space for drinking your morning coffee, enjoying mealtime outside, or enjoying a glass of wine or local craft beer after a full day of exploring. It's a great place to relax and listen to the birds. It's also a great space to let the kids run around and play outside on the huge play set.

Maximum occupancy: 10 - children must be counted in the max. occupancy unless they are under two (2) & are sleeping in a portable crib* (not provided). Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100 administrative fee.
