Just a fantastic weekend, this condo puts you right in the middle of things to do. You’re close to Bryce Canyon and Panguitch lake. The condo was quiet and relaxing. Coffee in the morning with a view of the mountain was a great way to start the day!

We have been to a couple places in Utah and this is by far the best we have been to. This was a surprise week day trip for my fiance's birthday. The website gives you an entire breakdown of what to expect and it did not fall short. It states that this condo is fully equipped, but it was more than full! Every site claims to be fully equipped but offer bare minimum necessities . That was NOT the case with this place and I was and still am extremely pleased! It was the perfect stay for the 2 of us.... But it could easily sleep 5-6 people. 2 bed rooms and a pull out couch bed. There were many blankets and pillows and towels. Most places offer the bare minimum, but this one had more than enough. The kitchen and bathroom not only had plates and cups and utincils for eating, but also had extra stuff often forgotten. Extra soap. Hair dryer. Coffee liners. Small coffee creamer. Condiments. There was even a little bag of dog food. Extra logs for the fireplace. The grill had a usable propane tank. There was a shovel for snow..... Even a small sled for kids. Absolutely impressed! This facility absolutely went above and beyond. COMPLETELY supplied. Very clean. And the decor made the whole place feel comfortable and welcoming. Definitely a place I will come back to in the future!

We loved our stay at the Rocky Top Retreat! Such a beautiful location! The condo was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved the real fireplace, we could sit by a crackling fire and watch the skiers come down the runs across the street. Great location for skiers and snow boarders, or just a cozy get away. The hot tub was easy to access right next door to the condo. The local pizza parlor and Thai restaurant were both yummy. We would definitely come back again!
