The booking process was super easy and our condo A Shore Thing was wonderful. The only complaint we had was that our room wasnt ready when we arrived. Check in wasnt until after 4pm, so we planned accordingly. We arrived around 4:30 just to make sure and it was 6:00 before we were able to enter our room. After driving 14 hours we were ready to get settled and enjoy the beach.

This is a beautiful home with tons of space. House was clean, kitchen well-stocked, sunroom was very peaceful. iTrip was quick to respond to our questions, and left a nice welcome-basket. We enjoyed our stay and are already planning a return trip.

I absolutely loved this place. I can't wait to go next year!! The are views from the all the windows. You are right across the street from the beach. There is even a walkway right outside the gate. There is an amazing huge heated pool. The condo is so spacious and bright. They also provided beach chairs, floats, towels and toys. Everything and so great!!

We loved the house, big enough fors 6 different families/couples to have their private space.

The house is well appointed, well furnished and large enough so that all have their privacy. Several outside spaces to grill, sit and talk, eat and laugh. We even liked the neighbors, who were very friendly. We would go their again.

Our family’s stay at the Surf Perch was great. The home was well situated in town close to plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops and, of course, the beach! The “checkin” was easy with great communication from the iTrip team and the home was well kept and comfortable.
