Upon entering this renovated home you are greeted with an open living and separate dining room floor plan perfect to stretch out with your family and friends. The living room has a comfortable sofa and chair that opens to the enclosed lanai. The master bedroom is private with King size bed and TV in the room. The second bedroom is bunk bed style with a full mattress and two twins. Both of these bedrooms have access to the hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is in the middle of the home and is fully stocked with everything you need for making meals at home. Slip out the side door of the enclosed lanai and into the backyard which has a dining table for four and BBQ grill as well as a fire pit with additional seating. The backyard leads to the boat dock and canal which is perfect for parking your boat or fishing off the dock. The backyard is fully fenced and fido friendly.

The beaches are why you came and they are just minutes away!! Anna Maria Island/Bradenton beaches are a 30-minute drive west on Manatee Ave. If you are looking for more beach adventure, Lido Beach and the famous Siesta Key beaches are approximately a 40-minute drive south of the home.

This comfortable private home is located just 9 minutes from downtown Bradenton. Downtown Bradenton is on the Manatee River and has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.2 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 30-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You will also find dining options in nearby Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island which all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. The home is centrally located to I-75 to take quick trips to Tampa or Orlando areas.
