Lovely colonial home

The apartment was great and the location is lovely with the farm animals nearby. The only downside was the beds with mattress toppers with sheets that don’t fit, very uncomfortable. That’s why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Also, a small railing or grab bar would be nice for the porch stoop especially when it was slippery after the rain. Overall, we enjoyed the accommodations.

Always love the apartments here, well equipped, clean and well cared for, close to everything, walk to beach, St Armand's Circle, short drive to local attractions in Sarasota. ITrip are great to work with and very responsive.

We loved our stay. Plenty to do at the resort while my husband went skiing. The condo can not be any greater. Top notch staff and the rooms were more perfect than we had anticipated. The beds in this unit are so comfortable we will look to see what brand before we leave!!

Good location for staying in Avon and skiing at Beaver Creek. Easy to navigate town. Groceries and several other stores within walking distance. Apartment filled with all the amenities that one should need. All in all a great stay.

The unit is beautiful and comfortable. Well appointed. Great kitchen and great hardware, appliances, etc. It's a lovely location and would suit a large family well. There were a few disappointments - pool is seasonal, hot-tub was not hot, and the close proximity to highway and road was more than obvious with the windows open.
