We rented this house and was amazed upon arrival! Just as the pictures stated. The rooms were comfy and inviting. Just a short walk to the beach and shopping. Great place to relax by the pool or get out and explore. Would definitely rent again or recommend!!

Condo very nice. But for $1000/night there was no water to drink and hardly any shampoo or bath gel in bathrooms. There were Nespresso coffee pods but not enough for 6 people and you cant go buy them at the grocery store. So next time I think Id prefer the amenities of a hotel. Nice fireplace and thanks for having wood. We used it every day.

We had a great week. The property was clean and convenient to the beach and right by the pool. We really enjoyed grilling on the deck and the easy access to he beach. We prefer this over a condo because of the greater separation we had for our family. We highly recommend the Seashell House!

We have rented on the gulf side for 15 years and this home is one of the best!! Love the open pool and outside space!! The decor is light and beautiful!! Beds are comfortable!! 2 spacious family rooms allows everyone space to relax!!! So clean!!!! A true 5 stars!!!

We loved this home, it worked perfectly for us. This was the fourth year to rent on Deer Blvd. for a few weeks during the summer. We have even already booked it for next summer! The amenities were good however they could use some more silverware and a clean “inside” broom or mini-vac would be helpful…or maybe I’m a clean freak!
