The building on the right is the 'villa'. This is a renovated photography studio set up for short term rental use. The main floor boasts a large living area with a refrigerator and kitchenette style amenity. There are two private bedrooms on the main floor and a bedroom nook with additional sleeping. There are also two full bathrooms. Upstairs you will find two more private bedrooms and a kids playroom with toys. It is an amazing little amenity for families or groups traveling with young children.
For over one hundred years this property has existed while Beaverton and Portland have grown up around it. You will find an authentic farm sink, hardwood floors, a porch swing, secret gardens and one of the more unique back yards you will ever see. It was once mostly used for a portrait studio creating an incredible yard that has picnic tables, a bbq, a sand box play area and some incredibly unique decor. The patio courtyard area is a truly special feature every family and group will enjoy.
