Nestled in the sub-tropical maritime forest, amid the ancient live oaks and sabal palm trees, this charming family home is surrounded by a deck with views of the lake and golf course. This delightful cottage also features a garage, with golf carts for your use. Tooling around on the island in the cart (remember - the speed limit is 18 mph!) is half the fun of getting to your island destination
This is a PET FRIENDLY HOME. A non-refundable Pet fee of $200 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your pet.
**Shoals Club or Bald Head Island Club Temporary Memberships ARE available FOR PURCHASE with this rental and you must join as a temporary member. Temporary membership fees will apply. Shoals Club is $55 Per Day or $275 per week. BHI Club is $215 for 1-3 Days and $285 for 4-7 Days. Please check club websites to verify all temporary memberships pricing as rates may change.

We agree with the renter that this home has great views from the large windows and both large screened porches but couldn’t disagree more with some of the other comments. This home has great amenities that include 3 carts capable of 14 passengers, 4 well maintained bikes, surf boards, boogie boards, other beach toys, 6 beach chairs, and a new gas grill. Top end furniture, appliances and mattresses make this home consistently score high in reviews, 4.9 out of 5 on HomeAway, VRBO, Vacation rentals and others. The home was inspected and if the cleaning and linens where not up to an expected standard the renter should have called us; we would have had someone there that day. The home is treated for pests on a consistent schedule, if we were told of bugs we could have a professional there same day to treat with safe chemicals. It is disappointing to hear of these issues after departure when talked to the renter during their stay and there was nothing said? This is an inexplicable review when this property has all 5’s and only one 4 rating in the last 3 years.
