Located in the heart of Avon, this convenient condo is less than a 5 minute walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola or a short walk across the street to the transportation center to access the ECO bus into Vail. Restaurants, Yoga/Pilates studio, grocery store, library and Nottingham Lake/park are all easily accessible by foot at this location.

This condo features an open layout combining the kitchen, dining and living room with views of Beaver Creek. The fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 2 has everything you need to dine in or entertain. Ample seating in the living room provides a space to gather with friends and family to enjoy the gas fireplace and flat screen TV. This home is equipped with a full size stackable washer and dryer for your use.

The master and bedroom 2 are both located on one end of the condo for privacy and each feature a flat screen TV. The master is furnished with a queen bed while bedroom 2 features 2 twin beds and en suite bathroom. A full guest bath is provided in the hallway for the master bedroom.
