Nestled against the Eagle River, this 3 bedroom townhome offers luxury and convenience all in one. This home is located just a short walk from the western entrance to Beaver Creek. Walk across the street to the Bear Lot and access the easy, complimentary shuttle service to Beaver Creek Village and all it has to offer.
In-residence, the main level features an open living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom 3 (can also be used as a den), full bathroom and two decks with spectacular views of the Eagle River.
Take advantage of the large entryway which has bench seating and closet space for all your gear. The fully equipped kitchen has access to the side deck, and is complete with gas grill and table for 4. The kitchen looks out to the beautiful 6-8 person dining table and leads to a living room with a gas fireplace, smart TV, plenty of plush seating and access to another small deck. A full bath and bedroom 3 with 2 twin beds is also on this level.
Retreat to the lower level and find the laundry closet, bedroom 2 with queen bed, en suite bath and the spacious master bedroom. The master bedroom offers a roomy en suite bath with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. This room also offers a quiet sitting area arranged around the private gas fireplace. Both the master and bedroom 2 have tv’s and sliding doors that lead to the patio and Eagle River walking path. The walking path leads to the communal hot tub, seasonal pool and fitness center.
This luxury townhome sleeps 6 guests comfortably in 4 beds. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.
