Awesome home! Clean perfect for a family! Close to beach. Walking distance with a 5 year old, 3 year old, and 2 yo. My mom (who broke her toe before the trip) was the steps but if not for her toe she would have be fine. Picture is the view from our room!

The condo at Simba Run 1423 was fantastic. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in the condo. The unit is completely updated,including brand new carpeting. The living/dining/kitchen area is well laid out and worked out great for our family gatherings. It is also super convenient to Vail Ski Resort and Town of Vail. I also enjoyed the hot tub several evenings. Can’t wait to return.

Great ocean views...walk out to the beach!

Great space with stunning ocean views. Walk out to the white sand ocean. Clean, fully equipped, no problems at all with the visit. Only one restaurant/bar within walking distance on the beach. Otherwise, you will need a car. Also, the balcony is shared with others on the same level so be prepared for a shared balcony situation. I would definitely stay at this place again!

Adequate reminders, tips, bear warnings, things-to-do...all there, all good!Lodge was well-sited, clean, secure, well-maintained & close to all activities. Views were great, and privacy ensured.Only things omitted were bedclothes for the pull-out sofa in the loft, and a pizza-cutter in the kitchen.

Steamboat Ski Trip - Overlook 102

Had a great townhouse rental at Overlook 102 for our 26th annual ski trip for large group of seniors. ITrip was very attentive to resolving any issues and their private shuttle service was always on time. Plenty of linens, towels and kitchenware with gas grill and hot tub. Also having an elevator to cover the three floor townhouse was essential. Thanks to the ITrip Staff and Management.
