Overall was a nice condo! Very spacious and nice balcony to enjoy the ocean views. As a parent of a small child, I would recommend some curtains in the bedrooms. Other than that, we were very pleased and would stay again!

Awesome villa. They Supplied us with everything we needed. Check in and check out was straight forward. Perfect location on the west end and 2 minute walk to the beach. Pet friendly and screened in patio was perfect.

Great place to stay near Charleston with a group

We stayed here with our adult children and their spouses. We had plenty of room and everyone was very comfortable. The house is a short drive to downtown Charleston, the beach, Shems Creek, and other stores and restaurants. A great central location. The owner was responsive and we had no issues with anything. We will definitely stay again when we visit the area with a large group.

We are so happy with our rental. Exactly as presented. Great vibe, great place and a great location in Naples/Lely. Obviously the owners care about their guests. Excellent condo, we dropped our stuff and went about our day. Thank you! Will rent again! PS, super comfy everything!

My wife and I along with our adult child had a fantastic week at the Perdido Sun. The facility was in great shape, our condo was superb, and the attention to detail provided by Dan and Patty was remarkable. We had two small issues while there and they were taken care of within an hour of our contacting the hosts. We hope to stay at this location again.
