Stayed in this home while in town visiting family who lived in the same housing community. The home was nicely furnished, very clean, offered plenty of room for our family of 6, and it was close to parks and hiking trails. We enjoyed the home and our time in Austin.

We did not have hot water for the first 19 hours. The inside of the house was colder than the outside of the house when we arrived. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Furniture could use some updating. A rug in the closet smelled like cat urine.

Walked in to a spotless home with lots of room! We were a group of 8 and had plenty of room. House was clean, tastefully decorated, beds comfortable, kitchen was stocked and the back deck was very nice. Home is in a nice neighborhood and not far from downtown. Will recommend to others.

This is a beautiful, spacious house located in the center of it all. Close to parks, hiking trails, shopping, restaurants and most importantly close to our family. The wine , fruit basket, pastries and the orange juice were a really nice personal touch! And greatly appreciated by our travel weary bodies. Thank you for having a puzzle to build! We had a lot of fun doing it! Beds are comfortable and nicely appointed. Water pressure is phenomenal! And plenty of towels & wash cloths, but the turquoise ones shed horribly! The open concept kitchen/family room allowed us to interact with each other even while cooking/cleaning. The backyard is perfect for grilling! Amy is amazing! From answering all our questions before booking, to helping us with my octogenarian parents needs, to being flexible when the airline changed our flight! We really appreciate YOU Amy! Here is why we were unable to give you 5 stars: When we pulled up to the house for the first time our observation was beautiful house but the yard needs to be mowed (neighbors also commented on this). *photo Back door was unlocked when we arrived. Someone had spilled sticky down the hall to the 2nd bathroom, which we mopped up. Looks like coffee or Coca-Cola. Shower curtain in second bathroom has red mold growing on it. *photo Both lightbulbs over dining room table we’re burned out -we replaced them with bulbs from over the dryer, but I don’t think it’s the right kind of bulb so someone should look at that. One flickers. Ceiling fan in the queen bedroom makes too much noise. It may just need to be re-balanced, or replaced? The clock over the fireplace needs a new battery. Both the master bedroom and the queen bedroom should have 2 nightstands. It is obvious that other people have used the dining room chairs as nightstands in the past. There is a screen off of a window in the backyard on west side of house. And 3 wasps nest by that window. *photo Two boards are coming up in the center of the patio. *photo There is no weatherstripping on the front door at the bottom. You can see outside, makes for poor insulation and bugs enter the house here. We rolled up a towel to stop this. *photo Behind the master headboard there is a phone jack falling out of the wall. (I had to assure my 85 yr old father and my 76 yr old mother that it was not an electrical hazard.). *photo We were only able to sign in to Ginita distance. Dogs rule must have had a password change? This wasn’t a problem we just think you need to know. If we had had more cleaning supplies available to us we would have cleaned more throughout the week. Windex, Clorox spray or something to that effect would be good to have in the house. And a new mop head is needed. We broke 1 small stemless wine glass from total wine while we were doing dishes. Let me know if we owe you any thing for it. It would’ve been nice to know there was someone living in the garage before we booked the rental. They were very nice people. If you want guests to recycle, you need to give them a trashcan and a recycle can in the house.

We had a great stay. Management was responsive with any questions or needs. It was very nice to arrive after a long day of travel to a bottle of wine. Rooms are comfortable, home is open and spacious and updated. Lots of seating on sofas as well as dining tables and breakfast bar. It was a perfect location for us.

We rented this house to celebrate Thanksgiving with extended family coming in from all points. The place is very roomy and accommodated a large group of people for dinner. Very nice and clean. The only negative is the water pressure in the kitchen sink is not very strong.

Accommodations and location were adequate. We felt it had not been cleaned previous to our visit. Also, we encountered many bugs (including roaches) so we thought you may want to talk to your pest control service and cleaning service to remedy the situation. Two of the 3 tvs were not working and the dishwasher did not seem to work.Food was left in the refrigerator which we left in place.Hope this info helps you to make some changes to upgrade this rental.
