Good location on the Gore River. Enjoyed the house very much and the neighborhood. This house is great for groups and had a very large dining room table where we would fit 15 for the meals we had at the house. Enjoyed the deck too! Quick to get to Lionshead or Village by personal car or Lyft. could possibly use a little updating but all in all, a good house.

4 couples stayed here for our reunion at The Academy. The house was perfect for us. It’s extremely comfortable and laid out great for gathering together. The location is a few steps from the Main Gate and a few steps from the waterfront and Main Street. Staying here was a great decision and the cherry on top of a wonderful Reunion.

Was very impressed with how clean and updated the condo was. I had friends in a different unit owned by someone else and it was in need of a makeover. When my AC stopped working at 7pm I emailed them and within 30 minutes they had already come and fixed it. Perfect beach condo!

Location location location! This unit allowed us to hike, shop, relax, dine and much more without using our vehicle. I even hiked to the Spa. Well outfitted- we wanted for nothing. I hope to stay here again.

The condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed using the hot tub during our stay. It was confusing that AC was listed under property amenities, but in the general description it says it does NOT have any. It was very HOT when we checked in (85+ Degrees indoors) which was a bummer.
