This waterfront 200-year old barn has been renovated to a sophisticated modern charm. Overlooking the home's private pier (with available boat slip!) on Howard's Cove, just off of the Severn River, 3 miles from downtown Annapolis and less than a mile from the Naval Academy Stadium, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is the perfect setting for a family trip to Annapolis.
When you arrive to the more than one-acre waterfront private property, you will feel like you have arrived on vacation. The warm family room features a fireplace and opens up to the large gourmet kitchen and dining room with water views. Working on vacation? You'll never want to leave your quiet office located high above overlooking the private pier. When it's time to relax, enjoy dinner al fresco on the deck with the grill and the lower level patio with a firepit. Or, enjoy the kayaks the owner has left for you to use.
Head upstairs to the 2nd full family room with another flat screen TV and the 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and laundry room. Two of the bedrooms have stunning water views!

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home and the owners do come back from time to time to stay in their property. Please respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. Quiet neighborhood hours are 9pm-8am!
