Open style kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, all new cabinets and over-sized island with 4 bar stools. This suite has air conditioning, free WIFI, Cable TV, and underground parking plus common hot tub. AGREEMENT
Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
VISA or MASTERCARD.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the
property.
KEYS
  1. Whistler Village and surrounding homes - keys will be picked up at Whistler Reception Services located at 4314 Main Street in Whistler
  2. For Glacier Lodge unit arrivals:  you will check in directly at Glacier Lodge - 4573 Chateau Blvd, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z5
  3. For Creekside units you will receive an email with Remote check in instructions by noon on check in day.
NONSMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
properties.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.

Wonderful Location for a Whistler Get-Away

We recently visited Bob's unit with a few friends for a snowboard/ski weekend. The location of this Condo is great! Our group is all late 20s, no kids. We loved being walking distance from Longhorn's, Garfunkle's, Dubb Linh, and the gondolas up to the mountain. The added bonus of this unit's location is it is next door to a grocery store, drug store, liquor store, and convenience store. We forgot a few groceries and were pleasantly surprised to have this access. The condo building does have a hot tub, so remember to bring your swim suit! And, there is enough to do nearby that if someone in your party does not ski or snowboard, they'll have plenty to do until you come back from the mountain.

Whistler Stay at Marketplace Lodge

We had a wonderful stay at the Marketplace Lodge. The condo was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. The condo is in a very good location, walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and bars in the village. There is a Marketplace shuttle stop right in front of the lodge which takes you directly to the gondola and chairlifts. The only thing was none of the lamps in the master bedroom worked for some reason but other than that, great place to stay!

This place was clean and trendy. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The unit was walking distance to the playground. And the grocery store was so close by. Bob was very nice answering my questions with patience. I will stay in this unit again. Thank you, Bob.

Great Condo, Great Location, A Few Small Issues

Myself, my wife, and 2 year old son stayed at this unit during the summer and greatly enjoyed our trip. The unit was very well maintained and the location was great, right next to the Olympic Plaza , IGA, and many restaurants and cafes. Free parking that was easy to get in and out of and A/C in the unit were also big pluses. During our trip, it appeared the Marketplace Lodge hallways were being fully renovated and it smelt strongly of chemicals during the day. It would have been nice to get a heads up that this would be the case. The smaller second bedroom with bunk beds also has a glass see through door on it. This seemed like an odd choice to have a transparent door for a bedroom. We had to block the glass with a blanket every night for when our son was sleeping. Perhaps a curtain rod and curtain over the outside of the door would be a good idea? Finally, we attempted to make coffee once with the coffee maker and it didn't seem to work very well so we stuck with the Starbucks nearby in lieu of making our own coffee. These are minor issues, as the rest of our trip was great. Thanks!

Regarding the window on - I agree it would be a great idea to add some sort of curtain over it especially if you're having young ones napping and needing total darkness. Initially I booked for 5 days at $235 per day, 10 minutes later I realized that I needed to book for 6 days instead of 5, I got charged $258.78. That is $23 extra in just 10 minutes. I thought that wasnt fair.

Excellent value for the unit. Can fit 5 adults very comfortably. 1 Queen, 1 bunk (with bottom full size), 1 pull out couch, 1 bench pad. 3 more if they are kids/couples. Everything was clean. Check-in/out process was easy. Also communication was great. Unit is also up to date, modern, and clean. It's a 12 minute walk to the slopes in boots in the quiet part of the village. 8 minute walk to the main bar/restaurant area.

We really enjoyed our stay here--it was an easy walk to either gondola and was right across the street from both a grocery store and liquor store (as well as all of the other shops in Whistler village). The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and cable tv/wifi was great.

Our family of four had a terrific time. The location was perfect!!! Easily accessible by foot to everything, though, it was a little bit of a trek to the base of the mountain to ski every morning. My wife ended up driving us every morning to the base of the mountain because it simply was far. The unit had everything that you needed. I would highly recommend this property for a family of four but that is it. Having a parking slot included was also very important. Thank you and we look forward to coming back soon!!

The amenities were very good, including the hot tub. The Unit is modern, and has good facilities, but there is no DVD player as advertised, and one was never provided during the stay. Also no clothes hanging space for the second bedroom. Although the Unit is further from Central Village, there is a bus stop almost next door going free to the Gondola, and lots of facilities close at hand, including IGA, Liquor store and Brewhouse pub. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location Near The Olympic Plaza

For the last three years, we have taken our kids to Whistler to go sledding, ice skating, and enjoy the lights around the holidays. We found this unit on a VRBO website, and it looked great. The unit has undergone a recent renovation, it has an all new kitchen, floors, and there are fresh paint and new furniture. The selling point for us was the fireplace and the bunk bedroom for our kids. We had no idea how close the unit was to where we spend most of our time in Whistler. It was perfect. It is a short walk from the best coffee shops, the liquor store, the grocery store and a ton of great restaurants. But more importantly, it is right at the sled run and skating rink! We loved it. One other bonus is that the parking garage is tall. Last year we had to remove our skybox before parking. That was a huge hassle. We didn't move our vehicle once this year because the unit was so close to all of the amenities we like to use. We will try to come back to this exact unit next year.

We went down to whistler for the tough mudder event, was able to find the room last minute at a killer price. The location could not be more centralized if we were sleeping in the parking lot itself. It has a full kitchenette and washer dryer. So you don't need to pack a million bags just have a bit of soap and you are good to go. Over all.it was a wonderful stay the rooms wee more than big enough and the fact tgat the master bedroom has its own oensuite was great!!!!
