This south facing 5th floor condo provides great views of Vail Mountain. Wood burning brick fireplace, dining table that seats 6, 32-inch color TV, new CD/Stereo, new DVD, full kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and high-end appliances.

Access available to all the amenities of Simba Run. Private shuttles to slopes during ski season, Vail's largest indoor heated pool, Inground outdoor hot tub and indoor hot tub, Starbucks Coffee, Fitness Room, Steams and Saunas near pool area, Three outdoor tennis courts (summer), Large outdoor patio with grills (summer), High Speed Wireless, Indoor parking garage.


This unit is being rented through VAIL VACATION PROPERTIES, LLC, agent of the individual owner and not the Simba Resort. As a rental guest of owner, Simba Run Resort Services are available to you such as Front Desk and Lobby Amenities (Starbucks coffee, cups/lids and DVD rentals; use of computer and supplies; pool towels; and distribution of unit keys). ALL GUESTS ARE TO CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK TO PICK UP THEIR UNIT KEYS. NO KEYS WILL BE PROVIDED WITHOUT A GUEST PROVIDING A CREDIT CARD IMPRINT TO THE FRONT DESK.

Guests are to direct all housekeeping and maintenance requests (e.g. clogged toilets) directly to VAIL VACATION PROPERTIES, LLC 970-343-0898 unless there is an emergency such as water leakage into the unit. No additional silverware, furniture, light bulbs or bed linens will be provided by SRM. In the case of emergencies, call 970-376-0979. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911.

Pets are not allowed.

Maximum number of guests allowed in each condo is six persons.

Please make sure to get a parking pass at the front desk upon your arrival to hang in your car. Failure to do so will lead to the vehicle being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Firewood – SRM will deliver one bundle of firewood per day at no cost. Any additional daily bundles requested will be charged at $5 per bundle.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation at $10 per night/per car in the underground parking structure. The parking fee will be included in your reservation quote. Additional parking is based on availability.

The condo was very clean. Wonderful to have washer/dryer in unit. No A/C which caught us by surprise but the nights were cool so it was very manageable. With windows open, the traffic (I-70) was very loud. We were used to by the end of the week. Pool and hot tubs were nicest we have seen. Itrip was great to work with in reserving the condo as they would respond to my questions promptly.

The place was very clean and well taken care of. It was close to vail village/lions head and easy to get to other near by towns. Beautiful view of the mountains and village. All amenities were nice and the place felt very secure. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it.

We loved our stay at Simba Run. It is conveniently located right across the street from Lionshead. The shuttle is a great plus! We used it several times each day and it comes very often! Our unit was was very clean, bright and cheerful. We also used the indoor pool and spa which was also fun! We can't wait to come back next year!

The location is close to skiing, across I-70 but Simba Run has its own shuttle that takes you to and from the village for skiing and après ski/dinner. The shuttle drivers were prompt and courteous, as was the rest of the staff. Accommodations were nice and we'd stay here again.

The condo was exactly as it was presented in the ad. The furnishings were clean and comfortable. The cookware was replaced with new pieces on the first day of our stay because the housekeeping staff noticed it was worn. The property manager was very nice and accommodating. The shuttle bus to the village was very easy to use and other than 1-2 times was always waiting on us. The shuttle drivers were very nice as well. The property is probably 25 years old but it has been renovated and maintained well.
