*Basically your own private beach. **Walk to harbor, restaurants and Baldy. ***Watch ships, barges, tug boats from deck. ****Dolphin and bird watch haven. *****Location, location, location. And the view ain’t bad either.

Location was awesome! Unit could use some updating. Maintenance came and advised us not to use master bath because of leak underneath us. Maintenance returned the next morning at 9 with plumber and they left about 9:15 for parts. They finally returned at 2:30 to repair. Our day was screwed because of that. Other than that one-day loss it was great.

We enjoyed our stay in IRB January-February 2024. This condo has the perfect view - the Gulf of Mexico! This condo is beautifully decorated and feels like a home away from home. The management company for this unit is top notch with some amazing people who are always at the ready to answer/help you during your stay.

It was a really good vacation. The beds could have been more comfortable but other than that I really had a good time. I had a problem with the chairs on the balcony but overall it was a really good place to stay
