We enjoyed the house, there was a problem with the hot water, it was hit or miss as to whether or not you would have enough hot water for a shower. Otherwise the house provided everything we could want, it was roomy and was in a good location.

We missed having our dog along, but our stay was otherwise as good as it could be. The room was very clean, with a well outfitted kitchenette and a wonderful view from inside as well as the inviting patio. We went for a walk through the neighborhood and found a trail we were not expecting.

Myself and 10 other girlfriends recently stayed here for a long weekend and had a blast. The house is right on yhe beach and there were tons of chairs and umbrellas we could use. Lots of bathrooms which is a plus with that many ladies! Kitchen was well stocked with plates/flatware & big cooking pots. Bev fridge with ice maker in the bar area was a plus. We would definitely rent again!

Thanks for a great family ski trip to Beaver Creek! Loved this house, amenities and location. Super convenient to Beaver Crerk mountain and Avon shopping and restaurants. Rental management company very responsive and replied to all of our questions via text quickly. We will be back!!

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful and well-appointed villa close to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with the needed essentials to prepare meals and the living/sitting room has an open feel that is perfect for families to socialize. We are looking forward to our next visit.
