Mermaid’s Folly was a great rental. A short walk to the beach and center street, but quiet enough from the weekend beach crowd. The house was great, the sun deck was the most used room in the house. The whole process was made simple with regular updates and easy check in/out. Would love to stay at Mermaid’s Folly again!

Love the location and the accommodations. Views of the spectacular peaks through the front picture window. Quiet and convenient neighborhood. And the newly renovated townhome is beautiful, clean and comfortable. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property was exactly as described. It was a pleasure to stay there. We appreciated the cooler, umbrella, and chairs. They helped us enjoy our days on the beach. We used the laundry facilities to wash our swimming clothes. We also used the Jetski Rental, Kayak Rental, and the Escape Room! All were fantastic opportunities provided. Thank you again.

We stayed here for our annual family ski trip. The location was close to a bus stop for ski transportation and an easy walk to town. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening. The best part was getting 20" of snow! I would recommend this place for families!

Amazing house, pool, dock and amenities. We had 6 adults and my grandson and it was perfect, clean and beautiful. The kitchen had everything you could ask for to cook any meal!!! We will certainly be coming back!
