Beautiful Penthouse Mediterranean Condominium Located on Hwy 30-A just a short walk to the beautiful emerald coast. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium is finely appointed with plenty of room for your family and friends to rest in style.
The balcony of this elegant home overlooks the large community pool and the 4th floor allows an awesome view of the shore. An elevator brings you directly to the front door. Once you enter you can leave your cares behind and enjoy a wonderful vacation on the Beaches of South Walton.
Each large bedroom accesses its own private bath. The large corner Master Bedroom joins a large vanity area, master bath with both a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The large walk in closet allows for plenty of suitcases and enough clothes to last for a month or more.
Televisions and DVDs are plentiful throughout or simply relax on the 4th floor balcony and enjoy a cool drink while the kids enjoy the pool below.
Granite counter tops, stainless appliances, exceptional works of art, large leather sofas and arms chairs provide the setting for this incredible luxury home.
From the gate tot he east of the pool, lies a wonderful private path, exclusive only to the guests of Seaview Villas. This path, just across 30-A, takes you for a 4 to 5 minute walk directly to the sand and shore of Seagrove Beach.
