You can learn a lot by your house just the way it smells when you walk into the door; this place smelled great! Every room had been impeccably decorated and extremely clean. Everything we needed was there, from toilet paper to detergent for the washing machine. I would return in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Tranquility Base. The home had so much character and so much room for the 8 of us and our 2 dogs. Kure beach was right down the road and very easy to access. The outside area was also really relaxing. Very satisfied with this home.

7 of us stayed at The Cottage on Park and it was a perfect rental for us! We especially loved playing games at the huge dining room table in the evening. Walking to Coligny and the beach was easy- even for Grandma who is 83! The beds were super comfortable and we found ourselves sleeping in longer than usual!

My husband and I stayed in unit 3D. We have not been away for a long time. The unit was wonderful! If had everything we would need. It was quiet and relaxing. There was an amazing view on the canal/river with birds and we even saw an alligator! Plenty of shopping and between the restaurants on Sanibel and Captiva, we were more than pleased. Will definitely be going back!

We really enjoyed our week-long summer stay at Las Brisas. The condo was spacious, comfortable and had a magnificent view of the Gulf. We spent many hours on the balcony, which was surprisingly cool during the morning and early afternoon. It was an enjoyable and very relaxing experience.
