What a great place to stay to make precious memories on our family vacation! From eating out to creating dinners together and sitting around just talking this home was just what we needed. This was our second time staying in this duplex and we loved it! This is a large, well maintained property that made us feel right at home. It's an easy walk to the beach and St. Armand's Circle. The management company is great and was very responsive to any questions that we had. We're hoping to return again next year.

The property was clean and organized. Very conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The beach was within walking distance and Siesta Key Beach was 5 minutes drive. Check in & check out process was easy. Overall, we had a great time at this property.

Overall great....a few things. The refrigerator door needs to fixed, disappointed to see that as we walked in. Both Toilet paper roll holders are bent and rolls do not stay on. Master toilet not secured to the floor. Thought you might want to know.

What a great place! Check-in and Check-out were super easy. The shuttle communication/communication with iTrip was super easy, all you have to do is text. They're quite accommodating with the shuttle service. The sauna was such a great perk to the place.
