Location, location, location. Great location! Garage parking with convenient elevator, but plenty more free parking right outside front door. Park City Mtn Resort across street. Bus stop across street - short ride to Main St. and the Transit Center, where you catch a free bus anywhere. Golf course across street. etc. Large patio.

This property was awesome and beyond my expectations. It was clean, roomy, and the kitchen was well stocked w/condiments and spices. There were cookies and wine left as a treat for us when we arrived. The location is great, and the neighborhood is lovely and quiet. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Nice view of Siltcoos Lake and great location for exploring south of Florence. Clean, cozy, and comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms & 1.5 bathrooms, and the lower floor is studio-style with bunks & 1.5 bathrooms too, and both units have kitchens, so plenty of room to spread out. Thanks for the great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aqua 1405!! The unit was clean, kitchen was well stocked and the free beach service was a huge plus!! When we checked in, there was a minor issue with the oven not working, but they were quick to send a repair man and had it working the next day. The only complaint is the master shower is a little awkward/small. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at the Sea Shell House. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was easily accessible and beautiful. The house is in a very convenient location. We were easily able to walk to restaurants. While you are in St Augustine, I highly recommend visiting the Salt Spa. It is beautiful and relaxing. We will be back!
