My friends and I had a very pleasant 4 nights in our condo. The accommodations were everything we had hoped they'd be - clean, safe, and fully functional. We were very satisfied and would not hesitate to return at some time in the future.

Bedrooms and bathroom(s) on 2nd floor. Would be a issue with anyone with a mobility problem. Read all the comments about the parking. Not reading carefully I had the impression that available parking was .1 mile away (free). Turns out that is outside of the season.

Loved this beautiful home, location and all the amazing amenities! It was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again! We have stayed in many Airbnb’s, and this has been my favorite!

We had a great week and would stay at this condo again. When a problem arose there was a quick response to my email and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Only minor complaints would be the sliding glass doors to the balconies are hard to open and the parking garage is really tight.

The home we rented was perfect for our needs and was will situated in Avon. It is close to I 70 and minutes from the restaurants and shops which are located in Avon. We arrived to find a very clean and comfortable home. Our only issue is that the furnishings are tired and some of the mattresses need to be replaced. Still, it is our hope to rent this home again next year.
