We stayed over spring break 2023 and had the best experience! You can’t beat the location, perfect!! Steps to the beach and less than 2 blocks to city center. The condo is up to date, spacious, clean and has everything you would need! We really enjoyed our time in Folly and made a few quick trips (only 25 min) to Charleston. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

Perfect Location with Exceptional view

The Condo was exactly as pictured online, only the view was so much better. We arrived and everything was clean & neat. All we had to do was add the groceries. It was when we arose the next morning that the view over the Monterey Country Clubs second fairway was so stunning, the mountains were covered in snow almost down to the desert floor. We’re already planning our return.

Fabulous Stay!

My family loved On the Edge! The cabin was sparkling clean and well stocked. We loved playing pool, foosball and video games when we were not relaxing on the peaceful back porches. We spotted several bears during our stay and appreciated the quiet location on the edge of the mountain. I highly recommend this cabin and the ITrip Vacations team!

Perfect condo for a vacationing couple! It was clean and close to the beach. The restaurant next door added ambiance in the evening with beachy guitar music!! If we are ever back in Folly Beach we will definitely stay at one of Rocky's properties!

The home was beautiful and cozy with a great play area for our two year old. Close to great local spots for drinks or food. They were incredibly responsive when we had issue with the fireplace (user error) and had someone out that day to help us.
