We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days at the Ptarmigan House in Steamboat Springs. We had a party of 6. Condo was clean, easy access to both the mountain/chair lifts and Steamboat Village. Check in and Check out experience was fine.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. There was a problem with the toilet in the master bathroom. It was constantly making a bubbling noise. Very annoying!! I've read other reviews and it seems it's an ongoing problem. Good location with beach and pool close. Beautiful view!

My family of 4 (age 6&3) traveled to Breck and stayed in this amazing condo! King bed in bedroom, king pullout couch in living wonderful hot tub and pool and perfect location! Will continue to stay every year!

The place is nice with quick access to the beach. Well maintained house and not far of a drive to city and other attractions. Only one mile to grocery store. Multiple dessert shops near by. I would recommend anyone to stay at this location. The owners are very tentative to your needs.
