Perfect Mt Hood Getaway

River Trail Retreat is a perfect cabin in the woods for couples, families, friends. Its private setting along the river is relaxing any time of year yet it's close to markets, restaurants and recreation areas. All the extra amenities were welcoming and made us feel at "home" immediately. Highly Recommend a stay at River Trail Retreat.

Our stay was perfect! We had everything we needed and the unit was clean with beautiful decor!!! The location was in the heart of the historic district, so we could walk everywhere. Enjoyed the free ice cream too! Would recommend this place to everyone.

We enjoyed our gathering of eight family members at this spacious home. We had more than enough room. The master bedroom and bathroom were grand. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils we needed. The TV entertainment system had a multitude of channels to choose from. We will be back!

Beautiful cabin, everyone absolutely loved it only problems we had were we couldn’t get the heat to go up in the living room as well as the twin bedroom and main bedroom. Also couldn’t get firepit to work maybe we just didn’t know what we were doing lol but overall it was the most beautiful place ever & decorated for Christmas time

Great views on either side. It is newly renovated but no overhead lights . Lots of lamps. It would have been nice to have an outside place to wash the sand off or a broom inside to lessen walking on it all week. It is well stocked and description is accurate.
