Newly remodeled and great location. You have the sound at the back door and a short walk to the gulf. Great host and accommodations everything was clean and decorated super beach style. Made you feel right at home. We will Be back.

My husband and I came to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary. We loved the home and location. The area was quiet and private and being on the river was peaceful. We are planning on coming back with family.

Loved how clean it is! Decorated very nice and not too cluttered. Very comfortable. Convenient parking. The privacy is awesome and it has a local feel to it. It was so nice to have a light on for when we got "home".

We enjoyed our stay at the Lodge at Brookside. The accommodations were very comfortable and plenty of amenities. We were so close to Arrowhead entrance and also parking lots for Beavercreek. Lots of great restaurants in Avon and Edwards! Nice warm garage to park in. Easy communication with the rental agency and the owners.

We had a girl's weekend away in Denver and this home was perfect for it! Great sleeping and communal space, and the backyard was great. Our favorite part was the hot tub! Bonus- the home is very well located to restaurants and attractions. We would stay here again!
