Our stay at your place on Park Ave. was a great one. The house was very clean and it had everything we needed. My dog Bo also appreciated the room in the backyard so he can run around which is uncommon on Balboa Island. Thanks again.

I had such a relaxing and enjoyable time staying here...the things that I really appreciated aside from the place being unbelievably clean were the coffee brand Bustelo which is amazing and the bed sheets were the same style I have at home which added to my comfortability. Beautiful cabin, everyone absolutely loved it only problems we had were we couldn’t get the heat to go up in the living room as well as the twin bedroom and main bedroom. Also couldn’t get firepit to work maybe we just didn’t know what we were doing lol but overall it was the most beautiful place ever & decorated for Christmas time

We had a great experience with Tammy and Neil. They have been great at finding this place last minute for us . They made checking in easy and were very responsive to our needs. There are no surprises. We would definitely recommend using itrip.net (Tammy and Neil Novak) for renting in Florida.

We loved this newer property for our family vacation. The size was perfect for six and could have easily fit more. The kitchen has everything you need which was important to us since we cook everyday! We didn’t use the beach gear because we have our own but that would have been an added bonus for a shorter trip if you were packing light. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!
