The pictures and description do not do it justice. One step across the street and you’re at the beach access. Super clean. Very well stocked with supplies. Adequate parking. The front porch was our favorite.

This is the second time that we rented this condo for a family ski trip to Utah. We would stay here again. The kitchen has everything. There's plenty of bathrooms. We loved the hot tub. We were able to walk into Park City for dinner. There are steps to climb which were no problem for us. The cable package was minimal which is the only thing that kept this out of a 5 star rating.

Wonderful stay at North Beach Plantation. This was my first booking with Itrip and it was a great experience. Easy book-in process, good communication and very quick response to some issues at the condo. Highly recommend both the unit and Itrip!

Great location! Able to easily walk to great restaurants and the market. Could use a little updating and be prepared for the highway noise. But, it is clean, cozy and quaint. When we asked for extra towels they were right on it and even provided info on local activities. Good communication by rental manager and reasonable price. Good times were had!
