We spent 5 weeks at Cotton Bayou and will be returning next year! The condo was well equipped and stylishly decorated. We were very pleased with the location. It is right across the street from the beach, with a short drive or walk to access. Our only suggestion is to replace the patio doors as they are cloudy and interfered with the nice view.

We loved the view and the home! The hot tub worked great! Note there are 20 stairs uphill to get to the condo/unit and a total of 67 stairs and about 100 yard walk to the village shuttle. It doesn't take long but would be an issue for older people or young kids with ski boots!

This is our second stay here and its was just as great as we remembered. The view is amazing and the condo was perfect from the chairs to the beach towels that are provided. Very nice people at the front desk. The town is great we really enjoy walking around downtown and seeing all the funky cool shops and cafes. Would highly recommend to all.

My family and I really enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and well kept compared to other condos we have rented. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and is in a good central location. We were able to walk to dinner a couple of nights. It’s also just a short drive to Pier Park for fun and shopping. We’ll definitely be back.

Pasamos unos días muy agradables, desde el primer día la atención al cliente fue inmediata, El lugar fue grandioso y confortable, el espacio en estacionamiento muy amplio es una cosa muy importante también, sus áreas de descanso afuera muy agradables.
