We loved our time over Christmas! The condo was clean and we enjoyed ourselves. I think this condo would be perfect for 2! My college age kids came and it was a little tight. One was on the bunk bed in the second room and the other on the couch! Great location, great pool and hot tub! My husband and I will be back!

This place far exceeded our expectations - it was HUGE. It was a great size for 5 couples, with plenty of room to spread out & a big kitchen. The check in was easy, the service was great, and we loved having only a 3 minute walk to the gondola. We'll definitely stay here again for our next trip to Avon/Beaver Creek!

My wife and I enjoyed our vacation. The condo was nicely appointed and in a great central location. Very good shelling and fishing on the beach. The restaurant on site was excellent. Beach umbrella, chairs were all included. All necessary cooking supplies and laundry items were included! Thank you and we will be back! Bob and Phyllis

What an amazing vacation! This home has plenty of space! We had four adults and six kids (ages 9-15) and never felt crowded. This home has beautiful ocean views. Easy walk to the pier. It has its own access to the beach. Outdoor sprayer and shower make returning from the beach easy. We loved the location and would recommend this for a family stay!

Although I was expected a house more secluded than it is, we have really enjoyed our stay and hate to leave tomorrow. Beach isn’t far and it’s beautiful. We have never been to Kiawah before but we will certainly come back and would love to rent to house again.
