Casa Siempre Domingo, completed in 2008, is a spacious, 3000 square foot beautiful new home with awesome ocean views is located in the private gated community of Hermosa Palms. This home is on lot number 99.

This vacation retreat has three large bedrooms and three and one half baths. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, while the other two bedrooms feature queen sized beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Two pull out queen sectional sleepers are ready for additional guests. The second floor of this home has separate sitting area with TV. This home has a large, enclosed 2 car garage, and close to children's playground and the large community pool facing the beach. The third story of this home has a observation deck for a panoramic view of the community. Located 10 minutes from Jaco, Hermosa Palms is a luxury beachfront community complete with 24hr security and the best beaches in the area. Great place for families and surfers and very safe. This new home also comes with a washer/dryer, carport, outdoor grill, telephone, cable TV; I pod connection and internet access. Maid service is also available. For your enjoyment there is also a large community pool and clubhouse. A short walk south on the beach, you will find one of the protected turtle hatcheries run by the Costa Rican government. The volunteers there are very friendly and knowledgeable and if your timing is good, you might have the opportunity to watch the turtle hatchlings make their first march to the sea!

After relaxing by the ocean and pool during the day, visitors often will find fun and excitement in the nearby town of Jaco. In Jaco you can spend countless hours shopping for local treasures, trying your luck at the four casinos or perhaps relax in an outdoor café and watch the world go by!

Other activities not to be missed are the zip line tours, horseback rides on the beach and world class glofing experience at the Marriott's Los Suenos. Snorkling, ATV tours, waterfall hikes, monkey tours are a few other options to be considered.
